元an an編集長の及川卓也氏から東北地方太平洋沖地震の被災者の方に向けてメッセージが届きました。
2011.3.11に起きた東日本大震災は、東北地方に甚大な被害と犠牲者をもたらし
ました。犠牲になられた方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げるとともに、被害に遭わ
れたみなさまとご家族に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
地震被害、津波被害、原子力発電所被害に遭われた方のみならず、家族や友人や
職場や仕事、活動する場所などを奪われるといった、この地震に端を発する影響
は多くの人々に及び、それが3.11以前の状況に近づくには、長い時間とエネル
ギーがかかります。中には、取り戻せないものもあります。それでも、それに替
わる希望が必要です。
復興支援は、日本で、地球で、暮らす人々が、自分の暮らしを営みながら、自分
の携わる仕事や活動のジャンルの特性を生かしながら、長期にわたって無理なく
行われていくべきだと思います。
また、復興を目指す人々が、自らのビジョンを持ち、自分たちの望む方向への意
志や展望を持ちながら、進められるべきだと思います。
長期にわたる支援で自分たちができること。
【TOHOKU2020】＝2020年をひとつの目標に、復興への取り組みを仲間たちと考え
ています。
私の故郷・岩手がまたたくましくよみがえるためにも、知と想像力と手を使っ
て、また、集めていきます。
がんばりましょう。

The disaster happened on 2011.3.11 in japan left massive scars and losses to an affected area.
I'd like to express my deepest condolence to all victims, and pray for the people and families who are still affected by this tragedy.
Not only the harm caused by an earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear power plant, the damage caused by this tragedy is everywhere. Many people lost work places, jobs, families and friends and it will take years and much energy to restore. Some cannot be replaced, but we need hope for its place.
I believe the recovery effort should be done by not only Japan, but by evryone in the world, within their everyday lives, using their skills, in order to be able to make it continuous and effortless.
Plus, I believe that people who are trying to rebuild their lives must have their own vision and will of where they want to go.
Thing we can do in a long term.
"TOHOKU2020"= aiming for year 2020, my friends and I are thinking of something to support the recovery effort.
To rebuilt my hometown Iwate, and other areas, I will use my knowledge, imagination, and hands.
We can do this.
