このたびの大地震により被害をお受けになった皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
そして、この震災で亡くなられた方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げますと共に、一日も早い復興をお祈りいたします。
この大地震を境に色々な状況が変わってしまいました。
とてもとても悲しいけれど、まだまだ不安はたくさんあるけれど、
生かされた私達は前を向いてポジティブに頑張っていくしかありません。
今、自分にできる事。節電、節水、寄付など。
無事だった私達が元気に頑張って！励まし合って！助け合って！働いて経済を復興させて！
一日でも早くみんなに笑顔が戻ればいいなと思います。

I'd like to express my deepest condolence to those who were affect by the massive earthquake.
I pray for all who lost their lives, and I strongly hope for a fast recovery.
This earthquake changed so many things.
Although I'm deeply sad and worried, I think that those who survived must keep our spirit positive and move on.
Things I can do now. Conserving power, water, and donation. Us, who survived, can try our best, encourage each other, support each other, and work hard to restore the economy.
I hope the day that everybody is smiling is near.
